At House of Cheslea we offer a bespoke beginning to end design service that is ideal if you love the idea of having something that no one else has! Our professional design team can work with you in creating your dream beds, sofas and much more.

All of our products can be upholstered in any fabric from our fabric collection, we can even source alternative fabrics if you have seen a design you would prefer, we are completely flexible in order to give our clients exactly what they desire!

We have our own range of Sofas and Beds as standard that can be customised to fit any room of any size, House of Chelsea are one of the only companies in the UK to offer this service as all our manufacturing is due to our UK manufacturing Hub, everything is made to order in house! If you want it shorter, narrower, taller, rounder or an entirely different leg, all you have to do is ask!

-All sales are final for customised & Bespoke products and you may not return customised or Bespoke goods. Please also note that you do not have a statutory cancellation right for customised products or Bespoke Products.

-All Furniture from Collections where you have specified and requested a specific colour for the finish will be classified as a customised product.

-All furniture for which you have requested a specific size, a specific hardware type or a specific configuration will be considered a bespoke product.

-All customised products are fully checked 3 times before they are delivered to you and so will almost certainly reach you in perfect condition. If however a customised product is damaged during shipping we have a very efficient service team who will repair the damage or replace the item as quickly as possible. -By using or accessing our website and/or placing any order(s) over the internet or telephone, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then you may not use or access our website or place an orders.

Measurements
-We will not accept any liability for any extra costs incurred by you as a result of incorrect or incomplete measurements or information supplied by you. Please email ahead if a small change in size may deem the item unusable.

-All dimensions specified by us are approximate.

-Ensuring that the dimensions of any piece of furniture are appropriate to the property and all access is entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Payment
-You must pay by Bank transfer, debit card at the time of order. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing products which may be offered by us on our website will be correct; that the credit charge or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any products. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit charge or debit card details before accepting your order.

-There will be a payment taken for 60 percent in order to put your order in production and the remaining balance will be paid prior to delivery.

-We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you.

-We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time.

Delivery
-The proposed delivery date will be agreed on confirmation of the order.
Whilst the Company will endeavour to deliver the Goods on the Delivery Date it cannot be liable for any delay in the delivery and therefore the Delivery Date should be regarded as an estimate only and may be changed by notification of the Company to the Buyer.

-We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of House Of Chelsea Ltd or any reasonable rescheduling of delivery. Our carriers cannot offer any timed or Saturday drops.

-When agreed at the time of order confirmation, additional members of the Company’s staff may be made available to assist with installation of furniture at a minimum rate agreed prior to delivery.

-Where a dispatch address has not been agreed and the Buyer fails to notify the Company of the address for delivery within fourteen days of having been notified that the Goods are ready for delivery, the Company shall be entitled (but not bound) to store the Goods at any location at the Buyer’s expense and risk.. Inspection of the Goods should occur upon delivery and any discrepancies or damages are to be listed and signed for on the delivery note by the Buyer.

-Furthermore the issues are to be confirmed in writing to the Company within 24 hours to allow the Company to lodge adequate insurance claims against any third party courier.
