Can you match fabrics or colours to my existing décor?

Yes — fabric matching and colour‑matching services are typically available. You can also request fabric samples before ordering.

Delivery & Lead Times

How long does a bespoke sofa take to make?

Lead times usually range from 4-6 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and fabric availability.

Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes, We deliver nationwide, including Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not offer international shipping.

Will you assemble the sofa in my home?

Yes. For an additional fee, our elivery teams typically bring the sofa into your home, assemble it if needed, and position it where you want it.

What if my sofa doesn’t fit through the door?

Before ordering, please refer to our size guide. If you are still unsure, contact a member of our team and we can guide you through the measuring process.

How will I know when my sofa is being delivered?

Once production is complete, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a delivery date and timeslot. If we are unable to reach you, we will send a text to arrange a callback at a more convenient time.
